2.If you need a break, press thePausebutton to pause the timer;
3. Continue running by pressing thestart button again to continue timing from the last time;
4.After your workout, press thePausebutton to view your total time.Finally, press theResetbutton to reset the timer to zero.

1.PressStartbutton to begin the multi-person race.
2.When the first person finishes, pressResetbutton to read time; the stopwatch keeps counting in the background.
3.When the second person finishes, pressResetbutton twice.The hands jump to the right time for you to read.
4.After everyone finishes and the timer ends, pressResetbutton to unfreeze hands.Then pressPausebutton andResetbutton to return the stopwatch to zero.

If the stopwatch hand don‘t reset to zero, follow these steps to calibrate it
1.Pull the crown out to the2st gar(time-setting mode).
2.Press theResetbutton repeatedly to adjust thesecond handuntil it returns to 0.
3.Adjustment completed, push the crown back in.
